Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex, multi-stakeholder strategic programs for major enterprise and public sector clients, including the Flemish Government, Belnet and Crelan.
• Establish and lead program governance structures, including operational reviews, tactical steering and executive-level reporting (Board & SteerCo).
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of integrated connectivity and communication solutions, including LAN, WAN, WiFi, Voice and SD-WAN services.
• Translate contractual scope into structured execution plans, defining program roadmaps, deliverables, timelines and solution frameworks.
• Direct cross-functional delivery streams including: Sales alignment, Portal development, Solution Build, Rollout execution, Service delivery, Operational service readiness & Financial performance (P&L) against budget and implementations costs.
• Provide leadership to multidisciplinary program teams, ensuring alignment across technical, operational and commercial domains.
• Act as the primary executive interface toward the customer during transition phases, ensuring clear communication and alignment with contractual commitments.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to guarantee seamless program execution and service continuity.
• Proactively manage risks and escalations by setting clear priorities, driving solution-oriented decision making & maintaining delivery momentum.
