Program Manager | Telenet (Flemish Government)
- The Program with the Flemish Government includes data/voice/cloud PBX services and transition is organized through key streams: Sales, Portal Dev, Delivery, Service and P&L.
- Translating the Program scope into roadmap, deliverables, solutions, and schedule
- Leading the Program delivery teams.
- Monitor and report Program P&L vs initial budget and actual cost of implementation.
- Actively approaching escalations, independently looking for solutions, setting the right priorities and decisions.
- Being the unique contact to the customer, representing Telenet Business during transition phase, overlooking and coordinating between all stakeholders involved in line with contractual requirements.
